Resin based M530: This varnish is a catalyst two part resin varnish, which dry in 1.5 to 2 hours per application all depending on the weather conditions. The catalyst two part varnishes is much more finicky than the polyurethane varnishes in so much as that if a wooden floors is not properly sanded it tends to not dry, and stay sticky in badly sanded areas. If properly applied to a decently sanded wooden floor, it leaves you with a polished shine floor (Semi - to Glossy floor), which has good scratch resisting capability’s (Not scratch proof). The life span of a floor varnished using M530, if properly cared and looked after will last you anywhere between 6 to 12 years even longer if it is applied in low traffic areas. The life span of high traffic areas can be extended by applying a fourth coat of varnish. After care involve sweeping and washing with damp cloth, and if need be buffing with a soft cloth wrapped around a soft broom. (High odour output that last for about 2 to 3 days)
